Solace Day 2 - Lock Keeper's Cottage

This is the type of scene we regularly come across on the canal. In days gone by a person would live here and be responsible for assisting boaters through the lock and upkeeping the towpath either side.

Today we got to Fradley junction and turned right onto the Coventry Canal. A very peaceful day on the cut.

In Extras I've put a shot of a view I have always loved and which inspired me to buy lots of blue pots for my patio. It began with one person putting out blue pots and now the whole row has them. We call it Blue Pot Corner.
