Firhill for thrills!
LH and his friends went see the Maryhill Magyars take on Morton in a top of the league clash at Firhill. Essentially Scottish fitba is dead. Its expensive, its repetitive and its dull. You generally only go for the banter and because the need to support your team was deeply ingrained from a young age.
LH has lived in Glasgow for over ten years and despite being an Aberdeen fan, has a soft sport for the Jags. Tonight was one of those rare, magic nights that restore your faith in the game. Huge crowd with more people than seats available, a delayed kick off, queues of fans locked out of the stadium and a cracking atmosphere - bookended either end by beer.
In this photo, a large number of Jags fans that couldnt get a seat in the Jackie Husband stand are making their way over the pitch to the North stand.
Make fitba competitive in Scotland and people will come back.
