Fassifern

I was hoping not to be so tired tonight but I am.

There have been dozens of blip opportunities today though I have maybe ten to choose from tonight. Its been a pleasant day and it was good to have a job in Lochaber for a change, on the slopes on the north side of Locheil near Fassifern. This burn empties a big corrie and while its level is very low today there is tell tale evidence of some raging spates from winter. I thought this tussocks caught on branches sticking out high above the stream bed conveyed this impression well.

I don't know if it breaks any blip rules but I can think of a hundred punch lines to go with this image. Here goes:

****

On his way to complain about a new wind farm on his horizon a high profile American golf course developer ignored the safety warnings of locals and loses his footing trying to cross this burn.

(Will I just get my coat)
