Saligo Bay
After an excellent breakfast, we headed for Saligo Bay. There are spectacular cross currents here and it is not safe for surfing.
After photographing the main area, I walked to the far end of the beach and worked on long exposures like this one.
The tide was going out. Perhaps you might notice how my tripod has been engulfed by water. As were my feet. I was in boots with gaiters. Still got wet feet!
Later we moved to the north and an RSPB reserve. The wind whipped the sand and blew it in my face. This provided an unwelcome exfoliation!!
I’m too tired to download more tonight.
Two hours later - woke with iPad beside me!!
