Looking up

The main event of the day was meeting with Rabbi Benjamin Barnett, asking, "What is the next most elegant step?" (Thanks to adrienne maree brown and Gibrán Rivera for the question.)

We'd like to offer contemplative support to people working for justice, including ourselves. How can we encourage strong hearts in ourselves and our communities in a time of heartbreak? What does it mean to take heart, to begin again? How can our lifetimes of spiritual practice be offerings, to whom and in what ways? We're convening a group of beautiful beings this coming Wednesday for a mutual listening session. We've been hatching this idea for a couple of years. Wednesday we begin. My skin tingles with electricity, shivers with possibility. Again. Again. Try again.
