Glimpse

Full on day of interviewing. Met each candidate in the morning, with my successor joining us online, then dashed over in the sunshine to the interviews here. This is the only snatched photo I took all day, but I think it was sunny throughout whilst we sat indoors.
A had come home mid afternoon not feeling great again, so we had some leftovers for supper then I caught up on a mountain of emails that had come in and had some phone calls to follow up on today’s (non) outcome and continue prep for promotions. We both need a holiday…even if it rains all weekend it will be good to get away.
