Another friend

The very sharp frost caught me by surprise this morning. I had work to do before I could head for my swim.

The outdoor pool was lovely. Refreshing, 26 degrees, with the chill taken off. I can’t believe how light it’s getting in the morning. 

With the sunshine later, it was beautiful for a gentle stroll round Fradley Pool.

And as ever, the robins and the nuthatch were happy to pose.
