Focus on the mundane

Dull day, including confirming when my daughter's graduation will be (too years late) and found all accommodation booked as they are squeezing in three years worth.

However found a nice B&B pub in a village  a few miles from the university. TIP. They are not on booking websites so an internet pub crawl and a phone call is required.

Continued to have hassles getting a new fridge shelf-copious correspondence, it turns out that the item (pictured) is a "plate".

Nonetheless, with the awful things happening around us I did not get too upset.
