All change

8:25am, 21 mostly super excited S1 students arriving ready for Glencoe ski day. 
8:35am, someone else's muppetry and covid mean it's a no go and I'm sending them off to class. 

Then spending the rest of the morning scrambling to come up with something for 68 kids to do this week instead.  Contact parents, get some staff back out of class, get all the paperwork and permissions changed etc etc. Mega faff. All solved. We'll see! 

Oh and surprise hanging out with a teenager who's having a tough time and isn't always able to make safe choices about how to handle it right now.
