Notes: Walked to the beach first thing after morning writing. Beautiful morning with some fog, stayed longer than usual, found a handful more olive shells. Cooked my black wild rice and had breakfast and then mid morning, walked over to Kroger and got a few items. Talked to Joe and Al. Reached out to Bette (St Pete) and Alice (CO) and was in touch with both of them - surprised myself on both!
