Chung Wah

A nice gentle day for my first day off work (although, there is still a bit of paperwork to attend to). I gathered a few supplies from various places, including the new LIDL in Garston ( it’s nice and airy, but it is still a LIDL).

The best bit is always the Chinese supermarket, but it was even more exciting today to discover they’ve now got their own brand bags for life. Of course, we’ve now got more bags for life than soft Mick, but this one was definitely winking at me.

Made a pretty decent variation on Tom Kha Gai soup for dinner tonight.

And Liverpool v Inter on the radio.
