Dusk in Greenwich Park

Out for a run (the first one in months where I've actually stopped and taken a photo). After another needle session yesterday, I felt like I'd been kicked in the calf by a horse, but the pain gradually disappeared and today I tested it out with another gentle canter (running six minutes, then one minute walk - repeat five times).

Watched Crewe play Portsmouth (via the online iFollow service). Predictably, Crewe lost 3-1 again.
