(067) South of the River

The weather forecast doesn't look so promising for the coming week so I decided to escape again on two wheels and make the most of the sunshine while it lasts. Today's route was a circuit from Inverkeithing, over the bridge (not that one!), along to Hopetoun House and onto Blackness before heading inland to Linlithgow in search of a sausage roll. From Linlithgow I turned onto NCR74 cycleway which runs along the Union canal towpath. At  Winchburgh I left the cycle path and worked my way over to South Queensferry before heading back over the Forth Bridge to Fife. The extra shots are Blackness Castle, the Union Canal at Linlithgow, and a view from the towpath/cycleway near Winchburgh.
