celebrating women

for International Women's Day. This is another of the light installations put up locally for the Winter Lights Festival. Its called 'Luna woman power totem' by Lauren Baker and is  'to celebrate the courage of our ancestors and as a reminder that powerful change is always possible'. 
Its on a site where the Suffragettes were attacked whilst having a peaceful meeting.
