Isolation day 2.3? No, isolation day 3.1

I really fancied making pancakes this morning. They weren't the best I've ever managed but Owen seemed to appreciate them, especially covered in cream and raspberries.

Had a phone call from Owen's surgeon this afternoon. We won't be going in for surgery tomorrow as his covid swab on Saturday has come back positive. A bit of a surprise, especially as Louisa and I both had PCR tests done at the beginning of last week. It did mean my feeling a bit cold-y yesterday might make sense. So, lfts done and yes we have succumbed*, all except Aaron so far.
