Hellebores

I spent some of the morning trying to update our Greater Anglia railcards. Mine went through simply, but my husband’s decided to be problematic. Although we can see his current railcard on his phone, it does not appear on the Greater Anglia system. This meant that I had to start again and enter all his details including proof of age using the number on his passport.

Today’s picture is of some of the Hellebores, which are coming to the end of their flowering season for this year. The snowdrops too are fading until next year. The extra is a lone purple crocus growing in the lawn at the top end of the orchard.

Noon Today – Eleven degrees Celsius. The weather today is similar to yesterday, some sunshine, but with a very cold wind.
