Veronica

I found this little beauty in a sheltered spot along a dirt road during my walk. My app calls it a "Trädgårdsveronika", 'Gardenveronica' in english, in latin Veronica persica. There are 24 species growing in Sweden out of a total of 180 species in the world, as far as botanists know. 

We had one of the "warmest" days so far, 10 degrees in the shade. When the thermometer gets up to ten degrees, it feels really warm and at least one layer of clothes can be removed. In June, when the thermometer falls to ten degrees it's freezing. It's all in the brain.

Nice to be home again after my trip to Denmark and Skåne, now, the calendar is beginning to take over with some duties during the next couple of weeks. Good to get going again after a long winter, all concentrated around moving here.
