Sketching

Haven't been sleeping well for the past few nights, started taking CBD oil again, not sure if it's affecting me the next day????   but it is helping me get back to sleep when i wake in the middle of the night!   anyway, leaves me a bit low in energy...but again, i'm not sure if it's just a general weariness of things going on in the world and the winter blahs!!!

Anyway i did get to some painting - did some sketching with the palette knife and the greys on my palette.....quick and kinda fun.   Then i ventured into some other paintings....they are still in process.

Out for dinner at a new place in town....The Narrows Bar and Cafe, it's part of the Inverary Inn and really it's the only place in town for dinner at this time of year, other than dear old Tom's Pizza.
