Gloucester

We are enjoying a reunion at Gloucester with the vets Mr isbi went to university with.
It’s a lovely rural area and small town 3 hours north of Sydney.
Last night we had a meet and greet at the home of one of the guys who lives here.
This morning it was coffee, socialising and wine tasting at a vineyard. That lasted till 2pm so we are now recovering at the motel before tonight’s main dinner.

Some people don’t like reunions but we are in three groups that have them every few years these days. By now all the spouses are part of the group and it’s always a great few days away.
Noticeably, over the decades the conversation moved from jobs, houses, schools, retirement, travel and this year it’s grandchildren. I’ve met at least three other couples with twin grandchildren. One had two sets! Maybe something in the water back at uni.
