Strava Day 285. Indoor yoga, six liters of water, forest bath and mindful activities done. No longer counting how many days it has been since the end of 75 Hard's Phase 2.
Tried out the new bike I got as a reward for the cognitive behavioural therapy I patiently am working towards to be medication free for life.

We have also plans of going back to Jeff Cavalier's AthleanX since we got the lifetime membership pre-Covid. Jeff Cavalier's AthleanX was quite complicated then however after finishing/ "graduating" from 75 Hard's Phase 2, we think we might be able to do it once everything's sorted out.

Enjoying the stillness of nature without Spotify even if we still have the Premium (is such a blessing ... it means, am now able to enjoy moments with family and nature even without "material" distractions. Was able to play and converse with T without needing to record our conversation or needing him for a "Then" and "Now" Timehop memory. This is a celebratory post. It might sound like a form of self aggrandisement (?) however as I've read off a random Instagram influencer, "...if men can talk about the wins and losses of their teams over beer and cigarettes, then women too could claim their victories to remind ourselves that it is possible to sometimes surrender, sometimes be more powerful and sometimes be equals.

Here's to you having self compassion, confidence and strength to move forward. Choose to forgive, choose to forget, choose to apologize, choose to love. Grazie :)
P.S. Title is Bikol term for something old. Just Google it if you're interested to know more. Featured photo is the latest "look" of my Become Journal. Would want to mention Professor/Lawyer and dear Franny here who knows what happened during my "last episode." He is @maroonedfrancis on Instagram, he takes lovely photos of flowers and cats. He also has a dog (forgot the name though). Am now doing my best to hold my tongue and not say anything if it's not nice or kind as much as possible because my College Professors are my "friends" on Facebook.
In this community, am most honoured to have Sir Kendall as a "follower" and of course there's Sari of Halo Moments Photography, Jon Winston, our former client. Light and love.
