Warm as Toast

New boiler.
Early start with a delivery of boiler and parts at 7.50am, then Gary and apprentice here just after 8.0am. The kitchen was in a pickle!  He worked hard all morning, difficulty removing the old boiler, a big, heavy beast, as it had been 'cemented' in!. All done by 1.0pm and I'm warm as toast. One week almost to the hour.  Some cosmetic work needed which was inevitable really...but I'm in no rush for that, just going to enjoy the warmth...and a nice hot bath later ...:)
