mmmmmm chocolate

This is one of the chocolate fondants I made for pudding to prove to masterchef contestants that they aren't that hard. The only difficulty is deciding when to take them out of the oven! Main course was Jamie's slow cooked lamb, which was quite good. There were seven of us eating, and still no dishwasher!
