Fresh Milk

I took my class on an outing to a local farmyard . Jasmyn has over 500 jersey cows of which 300 are regularly milked.

The children were allowed to taste the milk straight out of a cow!


It was a farm and factory outing because they produce their own milk line as well as cheese and yoghurts. I have given you a view of the windmill before which is their shop. They also sell fruit and vegetables from local farms and have a jam factory as well. The windmill is a local landmark just off my One Street and many people drive through to Harties just to shop here.
