Spring Walk. !!!!

We enjoyed so much today. We had a lovely walk in the hills with our girlfriend. "We've been friends for almost 50 years"
The weather has been exceptionally nice today. 17* and windless. So perfect for a lovely walk. We opted for a 6.2 km walk in Epen in the hill country.
The hill country is very popular with tourists and day trippers.
At the weekend it is always very busy here with cyclists, motorcyclists and walkers.
So now we are retired, we can enjoy all that beauty during the week, without having to constantly step aside for all those motorized tourists.
And it is also wonderfully quiet, not bothered by that vask crackling of all those engine exhausts.
Afterwards we had a lovely lunch on the terrace of a hotel.
