Scenic roadworks!

Pennyquick, Bath

En route to mum’s appointment with her spine surgeon this morning, roadworks on the outskirts of Bath gave me a quick blipportunity, looking over the valley below. The roadsides around here are lined with a host of golden daffodils.

Then this afternoon an unscheduled trip to the vet with a poorly fluffy cat who turned out to have an ear infection. Couldn’t get an appointment at our usual practice as they were short staffed due to Covid. (Numbers are on the up again, locally and nationally, since the relaxation of rules. Quelle surprise!) Anybody fancy administering ear drops to a wriggly fluffy cat twice a day for me?
