stinking hellebore

I’ve blipped this lovely wildflower before, in fact I think I blip it every year. I don’t have any cultivated hellebores (yet) but this wild one has been growing in the same place at the base of an ash tree for years.
Still painting, almost finished the lilacs section. Mr I is rubbing down the skirting boards for me to paint. He does ceilings, I do skirting boards.
Nice weather today, it finally feels springlike in the garden.
