The architect who thought of everything

Walk along the seafront at just the right moment, perhaps a ten-minute slot, and the setting sun will reflect off only one building, casting reflections right across the bay. Yes, you have guessed which building this is. I have never been here at this precise moment before, so of course I had to stop.

Yet another blipfail yesterday -- I didn't take a single photo. We invited G, A, their grandson B, and former Almuñecar neighbours B and C round for lunch, so that took up most of the day. Our repertoire here is limited. We had ensalada tropical again, and grilled fish again, but pargo this time -- I don't know what this is in English, but they are so big that S had to use three barbecues. And trifle for afters. Lunch lasted all afternoon.

Spanish class this morning; our classmate Michel wasn't there, so we had to work extra hard. G and A are leaving tomorrow, so this evening we had dinner with them at one of the chiringuitos on the seafront, with their friends J and J. S and I were very abstemious and had just a plate of clams between us, remembering the effect that unaccustomed late night eating had on us on Monday. But actually it wasn't a late night -- we were home just after ten.  I need to be up for yoga class tomorrow!
