KT Tape

Application helped me today to reduce a lot of the pain. Hubby helped in the morning to tape the ankle and leg up. The result was amazing. Pain free till 7.30 pm. In Germany these tapes are a big deal in orthopedic practices, so I brought a lot in all colors home after my Achilles‘ tendon rupture in 2019. Here in the US , it is not offered as a remedy and most doctors think this is some kind of Hokuspokus. Whatever it is, it has always helped me a lot.
