Cherry Ripe

A colleague has returned from holiday in Australia with two bags of these brilliant chocolate bars. I think the closest thing to them which you can buy in the UK is a Raspberry Ruffle. I first had a Cherry Ripe in Australia in 1999. If you've ever read Clive James' Unreliable Memoirs, you'll know he does a great and evoactive inventory of Australian sweets at one point in the book.

Fortunately, the second bag has nearly been finished, so I shouldn't do myself too much damage this afternoon.
