Flowering currant

I think this is a type of flowering currant, but I don't what it's called. 

I packed up and went home today and in the afternoon I had my hip x-rayed. The radiographer said it didn't look like osteoarthritis which was a big surprise as I was convinced it was that, and that was what my GP thought also, but I reckon the radiographer has the trump card as it should have shown up on the x-ray. So that begs the question of what it is instead, as it certainly hurts. I had got used to the idea that it was arthritis and there is at least a generally very successful treatment for that, especially if your hip doesn't dislocate. Oh well, I will need to see what my GP thinks.
