Rough Island

I’m very behind with my blips, but thought I should post a pic from a walk to Rough Island . We set out from Kippford with Julia …. it was low tide at low tide so safe to walk across the causeway to Rough Island.
We had brought flasks of tea and Julia made delicious cookies which we enjoyed while taking in the scenery .
In the afternoon we went to see my Mum in the community hospital then I taught a yoga class .
