Saga of the fridge freezer  - ordered one which was delivered on Wednesday, time slot 7am to 11am. So an early start to empty the old one. When the delivery came, there was a sizeable dent in the back, so I couldn't accept it.  So, loaded up the old one again.  Today, up early again to empty the old one! Another one was delivered. Seems OK, but I did have to plead with them to unwrap it (ie remove a huge cardboard sleeve). I did think "delivery" included that!
