Serious Zoomin´(No G)

Duke and I went down to the beach this afternoon. He doesn't get much of a run out when he's with me, but my hips felt good enough to make the walk along the track outside my flat, under the road and on to the beach.

He got on to the sand and then zoomed around like a mad thing for a while. Suddenly he realised he was a bit knackered, so we made our way rather gingerly back home.

Suited me. But I did feel good for the exercise and so far the hips are not complaining too much.
