The Hot house

at Torre Abbey gardens contains some real gems ... A huge datura, Strelitzia Nicholai, Cymbidium, Bougainvillea, species Pelargonium, Tradescantia, & a gorgeous sprawly shaped Agave Attenuata among them.
A very wet start to this mornings walkabout with Indie, so much run off from the fields, we must have had some heavy rain during the night. I did the Warwicks country lane loop, checking on the possible flytipping site along the way, and so pleased to see nothing had been tipped recently. There was a double mattress in the hedgerow but that had obviously been there quite awhile. Spent an hour with Mum chatting over a coffee before returning home. After lunch I spent a couple of hours cleaning & tidying the greenhouse, preparing for seed sowing which could be tomorrow. I shall need a distraction after having a visit to the dentist first thing. Root removal & bridge fitting. :-(
Thanks to BikerBear/Anni for hosting flower Friday
