Do I Really Have To Open Up In This Weather?

Too cold and windy to photograph wildflowers today, so I went to my favorite source, the sidewalk floral display at the HEB across the street from my subdivision, for this Flower Friday entry.  All the other Hibiscus blossoms around it were wide open, but this one seemed a bit reluctant to open up.  Can't say I blame it!  There were some other flowers in that sidewalk display that I liked, but you will have to look at my Facebook post later on today if you want to see those.  Thanks to Biker Bear for hosting.....
