MEETING MORPHS AND BLIP FRIENDS AT THE COAST
I set off early to catch the bus to Newcastle then the metro to Whitley Bay where I met up with fellow blippers Pat ( Shygirl73 ) Chris ( 60plus ) and Chris's husband Roy. First we went to Valerie' s cafe in Whitley Bay for a coffee and chat and then we we went on a Morph hunt.( see below for info on the Morph Trail )We managed to see some in Whitley Bay, Cullercoats,Tynemouth and North Shields. I have added some extras of more morphs and also a couple of other shots of the group. We stopped off at Costa in North Shilds for another coffee before I got the metro back to Newcastle. As usual when I meet up with Pat, Chris and Roy I had a lovely time.
I did a bit of shopping in Marks and Spencers in Newcastle and went for my bus home. It never turned up ...... it was cancelled ( there had been " an incident " on it .( no idea what happened ). So I had a half hour wait for the next one.
Weather at the coast was cold and windy and later on it got quite misty. I have added an extra taken at the seafront.
This evening I completed the second part of the Northumbria University research project on my home computer. The tests were exactly the same as the ones I did yesterday at the Uni so they can compare them and see if there are any differences between doing the tests at home and doing them in a more formal environment.

Morph In The North ......twenty individually designed Morph sculptures will be in and around the North Tyneside's town centres from Saturday 29 January to Sunday 3 April. Morph’s Epic Art Adventure will see colourful life-sized models of the Aardman favourite found in Whitley Bay, Wallsend, Killingworth, Forest Hall, Tynemouth, North Shields and Cullercoats.
The trail is inspired by the iconic clay character who made his TV debut in 1977 on the BBC children’s art programme Take Hart, alongside artist and presenter Tony Hart.
