On the river

I knew when I pressed the button that I was going to like this photograph. What a tiny boat (scull, canoe, kayak?) on the water. It's rare to see much action on this bit of the river so I was pleased to see this chap powering downstream as I walked up the road to meet D. We had a very sociable time drinking coffee and chatting about future plans.

The rain has stopped and the sun has popped out. I'm walking over to the rugby club this afternoon - not to watch a game but it's a good dog walking area. Talking of rugby kick off in Rome at 2:15pm. Fingers crossed.
