To Straiton and Back

An afternoon hard at it, planting out some primroses picked up from the farm shop up at Mortonhall. Listened to some topical podcasts.  The EU has announced their intention to collectively rearm and become autonomous in food, energy and military hardware in a new Versailles declaration that described Russia’s war as "a tectonic shift in European history”. The times they are a changing, indeed.
Earlier we’d been to IKEA. Well, I needed some beer.
