Another day of isolation

I am slightly confused. Alan had a text message yesterday telling him he had a cardiology appointment next week . On phoning them he discovered it was for me and even though I had a discharge letter apparently I am not discharged.
Then I booked the wrong dog in to the vets!!!
Then the NHS covid app tells me I am on day 2 of a 10 day isolation snd sends me another code for track and trace which I did yesterday . No wonder people give up and go out.
I thought I would do a series of the clocks that Alan has. They all be work but not at the same time. This sits on the window sill in the sun lounge
