Sundae on Saturday

I met my bestie in Stratford for a walk along the river into town. Except the river path was closed so we had to walk along a busy road! Lunch was lovely ( 2 courses) but we declined dessert and headed over to the Everyman cinema . Neither of us had been there before and were childishly thrilled by the double seats and at seat service so had ice-cream ( served in a kilner jar!) and coffee before settling down to watch The Duke which was very good.
Another walk back to the cars, lots of chatting and a pledge to go again :)
Tonight I’m out at our local Number 8 to see The Budapest Café Orchestra so all go !
