Picking the Flowers

Lovely day today. Run in morning. Then walk in town, bit of shopping, walk around the botanical garden, then sit in a square having a couple of beers. On return to home, had cream tea [clotted cream on top is of course correct], then made a beef wellington for tomorrow when we have some visitors coming for lunch. Finally watched a 14 man England put up a spirited defense against a 15 man Ireland; they held out until roughly the last ten minutes and then collapsed.
