I Don't Believe This!!!!!!!

Right now the temp is 45 degrees.   By tomorrow morning  at 8am, it will be 32 to 34 degrees .    Two days ago it was 80-85 degrees!!!!!!      Now thats a wild swing!  
This morning I found the older cactus bloom on the floor.  I put the bloom next to another new one.   I also found a 3rd bloom getting ready to open and beside it a 4th bloom just beginning to flush pink.    The cactus has never  flowered this erratically  before.   
      Also, the squirrels last December chewed on the cactus so hard that it split in half and started 2 smaller plants, as well!    By all rights, this plant should be dead.
       But it's not!!!!!!!!
