Up and out early for a pre-work paddle/commute. Course candidates amazed by that. S, delivering course not so much! 

Candidates and people we coach often ask how do we get better, how did you get good questions. In reality, we can come up with fancy tasks, great plans and learning models as we spent the day trying to equip the students to do much, as we want. But ultimately the answer is you practise. there isn't a short cut, secrets or magic answer. You find the time and you practise. That's how to get good.
Hence S, being not surprised at my paddling in!
