On guard

The hut which was our parkrun base on a Saturday has become a kiosk this week. The manager came out to introduce herself and say hello as we were setting up.

We may need to move our base and scanning position as people congregated in the path of people who were still running. There is no event next week as there is a market in the park.

Went to see Pa for the first time in weeks. I still feel drained and might speak to GP about a blood test.
