A VISITOR

Two Rainbow Lorikeets arrived on the balcony this morning.  
I couldn't believe it as they've not visited previously.
They allowed me to collect the camera and by this time they were on the opaque glass outside our bedroom.
I poked the lens carefully through the gap in the curtain......bingo.

The Rainbow Lorikeets are widespread in eastern Australia and were introduced to Western Australia in the 1960s.
They make a hell of a noise but they are pretty.
