IT'S MOTORHEAD SUNDAY

Sometimes things go wrong on a motorcycle. I just happened to be focused on this guy when he leaned a BIT TOO FAR into a hard left turn at Turn 6 at Road America and he laid her down.

He slid quite a ways on the asphalt, then the bike hit the grass and did some flipping followed quickly by the rider.

These dudes (and dudesses?) are tough. He got up, picked up the scratched up bike, got it started and got himself back in the race.

BTW....I had my track radio on in my ears and I couldn't hear what he said as he hit the grass, but I'm pretty good at reading lips through helmet visors. He said a few choice words and then got back to business.
