As close as it gets

We enjoyed a lovely meal last night and an equally lovely breakfast this morning. 

We then headed up the Trotternish Peninsula stopping at Lealt Falls and Kilt Rock (which features in the book I'm reading - spotted and bought when volunteering on Wednesday) and then made our way to the Quiraing.

This was the closest I got before turning back - as suspected the rest of the path was too vertiginous for me although T did venture closer.

We drove back via Uig. Now resting in our (rather lovely) room before heading out to explore nearby beach. 

This is also my 2000th blip - I shall be continuing with this journey. It is such a wonderful online space.
