The (not quite so) Great Escape!

2nd negative result! Still feeling below par but now free to go out. I therefore went out for a short walk this afternoon, at Sidings Lane Nature Reserve, although I drove to the car park. Once round the reserve was sufficient for me today. Most of the wildlife decided to keep away, only this robin came to say hello. 

Small steps forward. I'm still off duty this week.
