What a lovely day.  We slept fairly late (for us), then got up and out to Woolacombe, for a good clamber over the rocks at Barricane beach, and a walk along Woolacombe Sands.  Ate our sandwiches on the beach there, then headed back to the car and carried on to Croyde.  Cue another beach walk, and a clamber over the sand dunes. 

We came back to the apartment for a while after that, for a much needed cuppa and a short rest - then went back out for a short walk locally, up Capstone Hill, over to the harbour and up Lantern Hill (took this photo on the way back down from there).

Back to the apartment again for another cuppa and a shower, then Tim cooked me a tasty dinner :)
