Falmouth half marathon today. I obviously didn’t run it but I did help run a water station - the organisers had asked the local Scout groups to help and 3 of us were able to do it providing 4 leaders and 8 Scouts/Explorers between us.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t looking forward to it, especially with the weather forecast! But it turned into Type 1 Scouting fun. The weather was kind and the runners were all lovely, many seemed really pleased to see the Scouts being involved.
